- Various Online Sources and Social Media
- Referral Networks
- Database of registered candidates
Telephone conversation/screen
Xpress West Temp Solutions will conduct a telephone conversation clarifying core criteria and previous employment with applicants.
Interview
Xpress West Temp Solutions conducts face to face interviews and verifies qualifications, training certificates, licenses and tickets.
Skill Evaluation
We undertake knowledge, skill, ability and personality evaluation (if applicable to the position) after the interview on the same day.
Employees will be ranked based on:
- Candidate employment history
- Employer’s work satisfaction report
- Punctuality/Attendance
Reference check
Conduct reference checks of every employee.
Client interview:
Coordinate shortlisted applicants to attend an interview with the Client if applicable.
Shortlist
- Consult with Client on the interview outcome.
- Agree preferred candidate(s) to the next stage.
Police Check
Activate police check if applicable and requested by the Client.
FOLLOW UP GUARANTEE:
Make contact with Client on the successful applicant's first day; end of their first week, and at monthly intervals throughout the Probation Period to ensure that there is a smooth transition of the new employee into their new career.
